Tasks As a Telecommunications Administrator, you are responsible for the design, provision, support and optimization of telecommunications systems (Mitel/Unify), always ensuring secure and smooth operation. You will make a significant contribution to ensuring that the telecommunications systems and the applications required for them are always provided on Linux and Windows servers in line with requirements, deadlines and quality. You independently coordinate the requirements of clients for telecommunications support and integration into their managed applications and ensure high-quality implementation. You are responsible for the timely and high-quality provision of telecommunications applications such as contact centers and IVRs requested by clients. You will also ensure the timely integration and implementation of new functionalities and actively participate in the on-call duty of the telecommunications team. Requirements You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. You have already gained several years of professional experience in the administration of telecommunications systems, including virtual ones. You are familiar with working with clients and managing service providers. You have knowledge of unified communications and the provision of telecommunications applications.
