Your profile
Master / PhD in relevant engineering field or Bachelor with equivalent experience
7+ years of work experience, at least partially in a semiconductor industrial company
At least 3 years of experience as a process integration engineer or equivalent (quality/inline/several process departments)
Experience in non-CMOS technologies, such as MEMS, photonics, III-V.
Experience in research environment
Excellent communication skills
High organization and methodology skills
Flexibility and fast learning abilities
Ability to lead teams and motivate team members
High proficiency in English

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group E (E 3 salary = EUR 4.135, paid 14 times a year) based on 38,5 hours per week). For this position we offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications, starting with a minimum salary of EUR 65.000 (annual, based on an All-in contract and bonus).
