What will you do?

• You will be responsible for leading our Group Sales Team and for selling various events and group bookings.
• Together with your team, you will create offers and contracts and take care of our customers until the contract is signed.
• Along with the other leaders of the Sales & Marketing Team, you will participate in Sales Strategy Meetings and help shape our group pricing strategy.
• You will be the interface with other departments, such as the event planning team.
• You will build successful relationships with our customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• You will lead your team, conduct performance reviews, and recruit new team members in collaboration with the HR team.

We offer a monthly salary starting from EUR 2,500 gross for full-time employment, with a guaranteed significant overpayment.
