In this exciting role you will work closely with leadership teams, shape further development of the organization, support people and leadership development, accompany change processes as well as manage complex business operations topics.
This role is a fixed term role for 2 years and it can also be performed for 30 hours a week, by need.
Building strong professional relationships within a complex business environment.
Proactively building relationships with managers and employees and creating a relationship of trust with them.
Talent, leadership and organizational development are key tasks by guiding managers as a strategic partner.
Strong stakeholders’ management with Leaders, Employees, Work Council, external partners and much more.
Transforming global projects/initiatives to local actions and driving other assigned topics.
Planning and implementation of organizational transformation.
Conflict mediation in employment relationships to enable further cooperation through to conflict management in the context of labor law interventions.
Data analysis, reporting and tracking of relevant key personnel figures.
Educational Background: University degree in economics, law, or similar specializing in human resources or corresponding HR training with relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner role in a global company.
Knowledge of HR processes, sound knowledge of personnel management and Austrian labor law.
Experienced in conducting different projects, e.g. in change management and organizational development.
Strong ability to thing analytical and strategic.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive, resilient, self-confident and enjoying teamwork.
Fluent in German and English.
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 5.538,85 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
