Global Business Process Management Specialist (all gender)

What you will enjoy doing

As a Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating and coordinating global Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives while considering our Integrated Management System requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Generate and consolidate BPM performance results to support strategic objectives
• Coordinate and support regional BPM teams to enhance effectiveness
• Qualify process owners and regional teams through workshops, tutorials, and training sessions
• Promote BPM utilization across the company and work closely with Corporate Process Owners to continuously improve business processes
• Organize workshops for process mapping and modifications, and manage the maintenance of our BPM software
• Prepare regular status reports on BPM topics and coordinate review meetings to assess performance

What makes you great

• You hold a higher degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Health Saftey & Environment (HSE), Product Development, or Operations, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong analytical skills, training and facilitation capabilities and a preference for cross-functional collaboration
• A team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel
