DeutschlandweitAufgaben
• einfache Lagerarbeiten: Bestellungen erledigen, Waren abholen, Produkte in Regale stellen, Bestellungen verpacken• Arbeiten mit einem Handscanner und Gewichten bis 15 kg
• Steh-/Gehjob im Schichtmodell, aber ohne Rotation (Beispiel – nur Nacht- oder Tagschicht)

• work with a handheld scanner and weights up to 15 kg
• standing/walking job in shift model but with no rotation (example – only night or day shift)
Anforderungen
• Kommunikationsniveau in Englisch oder Deutsch• Arbeitsmotivation und Verantwortung
• Bereitschaft zur Übersiedlung nach Deutschland und Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
• Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
• Es sind keine Erfahrungen in ähnlichen Positionen erforderlich

Gehalt
• Vollzeitjob in Deutschland (an einem von vielen Standorten, Beispiele: Erfurt, Kaiserslautern, Großenkneten, Gera) – 4 oder 5 Tage, in der Regel von Montag bis Freitag, gelegentlich kommt Samstag hinzu (z. B. einmal alle 4 Wochen)• Schichtarbeit ohne Rotation (Menschen arbeiten nur in einer Schicht, zum Beispiel Tag oder Nacht, verfügbare Schichten hängen vom Standort ab)
• Stabiles, langfristiges Arbeitsverhältnis – 1. Vertrag für min. 1 Jahr, direkt bei Amazon
• Gehalt von 14 € brutto pro Stunde (und garantierte Gehaltserhöhung nach 12 und 24 Monaten Beschäftigung)
• Umzugsprämie von 2.500 € brutto, zahlbar in 5 Raten zusammen mit dem Monatsgehalt (je 500 € pro Monat)
• Übernahme der Kosten für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zur Arbeit – Erstattung von 49 € für eine Monatskarte
• Kostenloser Transport zu bestimmten Orten in Deutschland aus Polen, Belgien oder den Niederlanden
• Zuschuss zu Mahlzeiten und kostenlosen Getränken (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser)
• 10 % Rabatt auf bei Amazon gekaufte Produkte
• Koordinatorunterstützung durch Adecco in den ersten Tagen nach Ankunft am Zielort (Hilfe bei Formalitäten, Besuch im Stadtbüro)
• Hilfe bei der Suche nach Ihrer ersten Unterkunft (Suche und Kontaktaufnahme mit den Mietern der Wohnungen)

• full-time job in Germany (in one of many locations, examples: Erfurt, Kaiserslautern, Grossenkneten, Gera) – 4 or 5 days, usually from Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturday is added (for example once every 4 weeks)
• shift work without rotation (people work only on one shift for example day or night, available shifts depend on the location)
• stable, long-term employment – 1st contract for min. 1 year, directly with Amazon
• salary of 14 € gross per hour (and guaranteed raise after 12 and 24 months of work)
• relocation bonus of 2,500 € gross paid in 5 instalments together with the monthly salary (500 € each month)
• covering the cost of public transport to work - reimbursement of 49 € for a monthly ticket
• Free transport to designated locations in Germany from Poland, Belgium or Netherlands
• subsidy for meals and free drinks (coffee, tea, water)
• 10% discount on products purchased on Amazon
• Coordinator support from Adecco in the first days after reaching the destination (help with formalities, visit in the city office)
