Your tasks: You are responsible for 2nd level support (troubleshooting and case-closing processing of fault reports, including documentation in the service desk system) In your role, you will ensure the independent and timely installation, configuration, maintenance and support of hardware, software or telecommunications systems You will support employees in all matters relating to workplace hardware You are responsible for carrying out hardware relocations (PC, monitor, telephone, etc.) You will also be involved in the inventory of IT end devices including CMDB maintenance You will be involved in the selection of technical equipment for workplace hardware and in projects You are the training officer in the group Cooperation with specialist departments and external partners complements your profile Your skills: Successfully completed IT training, e.g. IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or comparable qualification in the field of IT Career changers with a high affinity for IT and professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support Software + hardware knowledge in the Microsoft environment CompTIA A+ certification (or comparable) desired AdA certificate desirable Strong communication skills, responsible, able to work under pressure, team player and proactive with a keen sense of customer needs Friendly and confident demeanor German to at least C1 level ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage We as an employer We - the WWK Insurance Group - are one of the most traditional and at the same time most innovative companies in the German insurance industry.
