Job DescriptionIMPROVEMENT OF GLOBAL DATA PRIVACY COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will assist in drafting new and updating existing internal data protection policies, guidances, and procedures. By doing that you´ll bring your expert analysis to help guide us in improving our global data privacy strategy and framework.
RECORDS OF PROCESSING ACTIVITIES AND PRIVACY BY DESIGN
You´ll support us in keeping our standards high and will be responsible to maintain Red Bull’s records of processing activities while constantly updating internal procedures regarding Privacy by Design.
TRAININGS & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
You will assist with knowledge sharing and the monitoring of privacy developments. Furthermore you´ll develop and provide key privacy trainings to the company.
LEGAL ADVICE
You will provide privacy advice to relevant HQ business and legal stakeholders and provide hands on legal support for complex international data privacy matters on day to day business initiatives.
QualificationsLaw or IT Degree from reputable University, Postgraduate Degree is a plus, CIPP/E or similar data privacy qualification is a plus
Minimum 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in international law firms and/or in-house legal departments
Solid knowledge of European data privacy law
Excellent command of German and English
Experience in coordinating strategic and international projects and proficiency in stakeholder management
You are proactive and collaborative, with excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking. Sharp analytical and strong communication skills are essential as well
An organized and detail-oriented approach is at the heart of your process, and you employ a well-structured working style in all that you do
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.392,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
