For our IT department we are looking for a:n Employee IT Service Desk (f/m/d) Remuneration according to TVöD VKA This position has a weekly working time of 30 hours and is limited until 31.08.2026. What we offer Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional company pension scheme (VBL). Hybrid working: Mobile working is a reality for us. Work-life balance: We have a 39-hour week, 30 days' vacation and time off on 24 and 31 December. What you create with us You are responsible for customer advice and customer service. This includes the routing of concerns and the initial resolution of incidents, service and information requests. You record, evaluate and prioritize concerns and reports. You assess the causes of errors and take care of resolving them. You create tickets and follow them through to the final solution. This means that you keep an eye on the entire process from ticket creation to ticket resolution. You will provide classic 1st level support and work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure optimal support for our customers. What you bring with you Completed training as a digitalization management clerk (until 2020 - IT clerk) or completed vocational training as an IT specialist, e.g. with a focus on system integration Experience from the IT Service Desk / User Helpdesk (remote or on-site) or customer consulting with corresponding product and service orientation and IT affinity Are you interested?
