Ski Season Chalet Team Leader, 2024/25

This ski season job could be your next big challenge! You’ll live and work in St Anton, one of Austria’s top resorts, where you can ski or snowboard almost every day of the week if you like!

An EU passport or eligible EU ID card is mandatory for this role. We’re looking for people with team leadership experience in hospitality, but you don’t need to be able to ski (even though it’s a big part of why most people work a winter season…)

This challenging and hugely fulfilling ski season job is a perfect progression-role for someone who has chalet host experience and wishes to further their current career in hospitality. Just imagine living and working in one of the top snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps, where you can ski or snowboard almost every day of the week!

• Supporting and guiding chalet staff within your allocated area, including season setup, service, hygiene, paperwork, answering guest questions and standing in for shifts as needed.
• Liaising with your Resort Manager regarding chalet maintenance, hygiene checks and coordinating staff rotas.
• Coordinate and monitor chalet stock takes and orders of food, wine, firewood, linen and cleaning products.
• To be the local responsible person to maintain excellent and open communication with our property owners, ensuring their needs and wishes are kept paramount in the way the properties are operated and maintained

• Previous experience of running chalets with high standards of service
• Experience in food handling and an interest in cooking
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
• An interest in cooking (formal qualifications not required)
• Excellent organisational skills
