What you can expect The software distribution SCCM currently supplies over 27,000 physical and virtual clients with operating systems, applications and software patches. In addition to system support and troubleshooting, your tasks will also include the further development of the system towards cloud-based solutions, taking into account the municipal framework conditions. In the course of system monitoring, you will identify developing bottlenecks in advance and develop solutions taking into account customer interests such as system availability or organizational requirements. You will be familiar with the interaction of SCCM distribution mechanisms and SCCM package-internal queries and control mechanisms. Due to the nature of the work, coordination and consultation with our employees in client management for Windows client operating systems is necessary with regard to the provision of new applications, patches and operating systems as well as O365 updates.
