Our Fulfilment Operations department secures and executes the excellence in end-to-end operation within a unit including inbound, replenishment,picking and service execution:• Responsible for securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working throughout the fulfilmentoperations to enable an excellent customer and co-worker experience.• Securing a close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders such as Unit management,support functions, and External Transport/Service Providers to maximize goods availability and customer order fulfilment efficiency.• Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health,safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team.• Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Operations team cultivating communication, flexibility,performance culture, competence development and succession planning,• Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.
