Commercial Operations Specialist Europe-based (f/m/d)

As a Commercial Operations Specialist at Cropster, you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes that support the commercial team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of sales operations, managing data, and improving workflows that enhance overall business performance. By supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights and process improvements, you will help us continue to deliver value to our customers and drive growth.

• Process Optimization: Develop and implement improved workflows and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.

• Sales Operations Support: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and streamline key operational functions, including sales pipelines, order processing, and contract management.

• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate commercial data in our CRM system (Hubspot) and other tools. Generate reports and provide insights to help guide decision-making and strategy.

• Forecasting and Analysis: Support saes forecasting and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure optimal resource allocation and business performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure that commercial operations are aligned with broader business goals and timelines.

• Contract Management and Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal audits and external review.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within commercial operations and suggest new tools or methods to enhance overall efficiency.

• Customer Coordination: Assist in managing customer inquiries related to orders and contracts, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business process management.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data management platforms like Excel, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Analytical mindset with experience in managing and interpreting data to drive insights and recommendations.

• Experience within the coffee industry or a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with process automation tools or software to streamline operations.

• Experience supporting sales teams with operational insights and contributing to strategic initiatives.
