We ensure that IT provision meets the city's current and future needs. We drive the digitalization of the city of Munich and play a pioneering role. As part of the IT department, we ensure a modern IT and telecommunications infrastructure, implement professional IT solutions and secure the IT operations of the City of Munich with over 1,200 employees in our own company it@M. What you can expect Your tasks include the operation, maintenance and customer-specific adaptations of the Microsoft 365 Suite used throughout the city, with a focus on GDPR-compliant configuration management. You will coordinate with the local data protection officers regarding the configuration and implementation of Microsoft 365 products and support data protection impact and risk assessments. You will analyze customer requirements, evaluate the costs of proposed changes and coordinate the cooperation of all internal and external parties involved. As part of problem management, you will take on 3rd level support tasks, analyze and rectify faults and ensure compliance with the agreed service levels. You will also advise and support the technical contacts in the departments and in-house operations in connection with the components you support.
