APPLYOur client is a highly successful company in photovoltaic (headquarter in Austria) and develops, realises, finances and manages globally alternative investments in the strong photovoltaic growth sector, creating a sustainable value creation. In one of the divers international locations - in this case in Bucharest / Romania the following high potential position is available:YOUR JOB:
Identify new project opportunities of companies Holding and represent companies interests and strategy in discussions with third parties.
Ensure development partner deliverables are submitted in line with expected time plan.
Accompany the project planning, including the preparation of key figures, the development of calculations and the strategic support of planning in all phases.
Communicate with authorities and inform all external stakeholders with regular reporting.
Commission external contractual partners such as project planners, civil engineers, lawyers, construction companies and consultants, and coordinate the resulting work steps.
Support Financing department in developing Liquidity Planning and Budget Forecasting.
Assist asset realization department in aligning technical documentation needed for construction phase of projects.
YOUR COMPETENCES:
Successfully completed commercial or technical training or basic knowledge of business administration or law.
Experience in asset development/property project development.
Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25%).
Fluent in Romanian and English.
Strong communicator and solution-orientated team player with negotiating skills, pragmatic approach and personal responsibility.
