Application Engineer (All Genders)

As an Application Engineer you will join one of our engineering teams responsible for managing all aspects of hosting, monitoring, reporting, and incident troubleshooting of various applications running in multiple locations and data centers.

What you will do

• Support and maintain Windows-based applications in high-availability production and non-production environments.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line incident support to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with other teams, including development, infrastructure, and security, to ensure applications operate on reliable and secure infrastructure.
• Maintain, adapt, and improve monitoring and reporting.
• Implement best practices for application operations, including change management, release management, capacity, and resource planning, as well as fine-tuning of application environments.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and other key stakeholders, providing advice and support on relevant topics.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members to foster their professional development and growth.
