The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Human Resources Coordinator

Exciting projects include:

• Interaction as a competent contact for our Ladies & Gentlemen in all Human Resources matters
• Coordination and implementation of human resources administration
• Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
• Administrative recording, preparation and follow-up, control and preparation of all training-relevant topics
• Processing of all entry and exit formalities
  Creation of newsletters and lists
• Candidate correspondence
• Planning and implementation of all internal events

Helpful experience and know-how:

• An apprenticeship in the hotel industry, in human resources or completion of a corresponding course of study
• First professional experience in HR
• A warm, friendly and open-minded personality
• An absolute eye for detail and precision
• A high level of organizational skills, initiative and absolute discretion
• A very secure handling of all common computer systems (MS Office and Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language, additional foreign languages are advantageous
