Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team on-site in Graz / Austria. Your tasks
- Providing local support activities for the Global Service Desk, facilities and corporate IT functions
- Deskside, L2 support and other IT support at designated sites
- Troubleshoot and provide local support for end users
- Act as the local liaison between IT and the business
- Providing IT project support as required by the business
- Own a secondary technical skill (for example SCCM, Zscaler, Apple devices)
- Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents
- Provide new starters with correct equipment and guided access to IT resources and ensure leaver equipment is processed correctly
- Stock control & inventory & secure hardware disposal
- Response time for escalations to Level 2 support within SLAs
- Replacement equipment available to meet SLA
- Occasionally setup and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at a basic level
- Provide vacation / holiday coverage to other in region liaisons
- Occasionally on call/standby work during scheduled out of hours IT upgrades
