Social Media Content Creative

You are a digital native curious to work in a hands-on, agile environment, full with out-of-the box content ideas and a plan to set them in action?

MyGroove - the Music based App startup from Red Bull - is looking for a Social Media Content Creative to help produce and organise Marketing content that supports their product. You'll first and foremost focus on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and create compelling content for our audiences.

You'll plan the Social Media Calendars, come up with fun content ideas, tackle those ideas hands on and be the face of our platforms internally. A large part of your day to day will also be co-creation with our “Learner”-Squad, where people who are keen on learning an instrument with us will produce content with and for you. Also, we would love to have you on app content productions with us to shoot fun videos with our artists!

Creative content creation & planning

You are a creative allrounder: from coming up with fun content ideas to producing them behind and in front of the camera. Also, you'll dedicate some time of your week to plan and structure the content calendars of our channels as well as bigger production rollouts.

Social Media

In this role, you'll manage social media posts from concept to upload across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You'll craft compelling content and work with external and internal stakeholders for production. We are hands on building a new exciting brand on Social Media!

Curiosity & support

You are a team player who is excited to learn, think out of the box and support the MyGroove mission. You'll proactively contribute and work well self-sufficiently in your area of expertise.

Understanding of the world of social media, current trends and content creation

Bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, marketing or related field and/or relevant work experience in the field (e.g. content marketing, content creation, social media, digital media)

Both fluent in German and English

Strong skills in visual storytelling, copywriting and editing

You have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (video & photo editing) or similar programs. If you have CapCut Skills to make more magic work produced on your iPhone, this is a plus.

Motivated team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to explore a wide variety of content related fields.

Good organisational skills coupled with creativity, adaptability and proactivity

Ideally, you also have a basic understanding of music, already play one of the MyGroove Band Instruments or are motivated to start learning one

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
