IT-Security Engineer Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

* 2nd and 3rd level remote support for complex IT security solutions
* Troubleshooting and operational support of e.g. Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, email- and web- security solutions, Cisco ISE
* Supporting our customers in complex problems
* Implementation of configuration changes and design changes
* Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers

Experience and skills

* Technical education
* Professional experience in the field of security (Cisco or Palo Alto)
* CCNP Security certification or PCNSE certification or equivalent know-how preferred
* High willingness to communicate within the team and with customers
* Reliability, flexibility and commitment
* Solution-oriented thinking and acting
