How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are: Working within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team, you drive the further development of the GBS organization to create significant value for ALDI globally Leading the commercial evaluation of shared services provider tender offers for both existing and new scopes, you support all future contract negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for ALDI You manage the existing business case in line with International Investment Controlling guidelines while supporting the development of new shared services opportunities by creating new business cases and evaluating their potential financial impact Liaising with external vendors, you ensure they provide accurate data and reporting that meet the needs of the GBS organization and ALDI countries You define and implement a global controlling concept to ensure value realization, benefit tracking, and control of operational costs Handling financial planning and forecasting for the GBS organization, you report financial, operational, and process KPIs to measure performance
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include: Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics or related subjects 3+ years of work experience in at least one field of controlling, project management or finance Experienced in producing business cases and financial models Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment Advanced Excel skills are a must Fluent in English, German would be an advantage Willingness to travel internationally Willingness to be part of a new and growing team and the ability to shape the future of the GBS organisation Comfortable in a 'start-up' environment where processes, responsibilities and structure are still evolving

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.300* *willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
