Today our company is one of the largest suppliers of pig iron, hbi and scrap to many steelworks and foundries in Europe. We are also an international trader in steel and steel raw materials, and a large scrap steel exporter from Europe. We are a growing diversified trading group.

As a very well-established company, we have reliable long-term contacts on the global purchasing markets and our annual trading volume has increased significantly in recent years to over 2 million tons.

We are looking for an experienced and committed operations manager to effective run and also improve our bulk international trade operations. We have a centralized office in the center of Vienna, the world's most livable city.

Trading Assistant Metallics (all genders)

Your field of activity that inspires you:

* Requirements include standardizing official contracts
* Liaising with trade, banking and shipping departments
* Managing a group of operation assistants to streamline the business and minimize the trading risk
* Cooperate and work closely within our various product groups to manage smooth execution of business with our international trade teams
* Ensure purchase and sales contracts in accordance with international standard and Carbones terms and conditions
* Stay abreast of international commercial legal terms and conditions
* Internal coordination with trading teams, finance and shipping departments

Your profile that convinces us:

* Numerous years of relevant professional experience in import/export and international trade
* Very good knowledge of international trade and terminology, trade terms and contractual obligations
* Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages would be an advantage
* Legal and commercial acumen with common sense and initiative
* Good team player, team manager with teaching skills
* Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
* Strong Customer and Service Orientation
* Initiative and Common Sense critical
* Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy of numbers and time management
