In order to foster this team and contribute to its further professional and team-related development - we are searching for a
* Compliance - including KYC, money laundering prevention, policies, annual and ongoing internal audit * Regulatory reporting * Fund related duties - including * Fund Invoice Payment & Transfer Instructions, * Overseeing the annual Fund Audit, * Review of marketing documents / presentation (English + German), * Monthly reporting of fund data. * Administration of Austrian AND international business entities. * Operating as well as continuously improving Finance Workflows / processes. * (Para-)Legal responsibilities - e.g. contract management.
Depending on your development path (AND/OR your given seniority, skill-set, and previous functional expertise) - there is real room for job-enlargement and enrichment.
It is considered to develop the 'Regulatory & Compliance' functionality into a MD-deputy role in a mid-term perspective.
Your Profile / Qualifications / Prerequisites:
* University graduation OR similar/comparable; ideally - MA/MSc degree in Business Administration and/or Law - with an emphasis on finance, financial markets and related regulatory subjects. * More than 5 years of professional legacy from the financial-service industry (banking, insurance, asset management, related consulting / law firms, etc.). * Substantial operational experience - e.g. in a role like "Compliance Officer", "Compliance and/or Regulatory Expert", "Team-Lead Regulatory & Compliance", and/or related and relevant roles in consultancy / advisory. * Strong service orientation in combination to entrepreneurial thinking. * Interdisciplinary approach - in thinking and acting. Hands-on, with a can-do-attitude. * Risk awareness. Attention to details. Structured and systematic approach - yet pragmatic. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent German AND ENGLISH skills. * Personal resilience; strong character; pace and a 'driven' manner. * Team-player attitude - yet with an inclination and talent for developing leadership responsibility. * Ideally - experience in scale-up and growth scenarios.
Your office location will be in the City of Vienna.
Personal presence in the office is expected; however, a part-time home-office solution (e. g. one day per week) is thinkable.
Compensation and remuneration will be above market average and beyond given collective-agreements' benchmark.
