Your tasks

As part of our passionate and dynamic international team, you'll have the opportunity to use your creativity, expertise, and vision to transform the future of Sports & Entertainment access solutions (i. e. skiresorts, stadia, attraction parks, etc).

Your tasks include:

* Lead Digital Transformation: Use market analysis and insights from discussions with customers, sales and partners to drive digital innovation in access control. Work with cross-functional teams to introduce groundbreaking solutions that utilize the latest technologies.
* Collaborate Globally: Partner with global and regional teams in sales, development, and marketing communications to plan and coordinate the design of user experiences. Lead the development and launch of new products that redefine the industry standard.
* Innovate and Validate: Continuously test and refine prototypes, concepts, and pricing models with target groups. Develop strategic business plans, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with internal and external technology partners to deliver solutions our future customers will love.

Your profile

* Experienced Innovator: Proven experience as a Software Product Manager with expertise in digital platforms, mobile, and data.
* Business Savvy: Background in business, marketing, innovation management, design thinking, and business model design.
* Industry Enthusiast: Deep understanding of and passion for the Sports & Entertainment industry.
* Customer-Focused: Strong orientation towards customer needs, market trends, and solution development.
* Collaborative Leader: Highly skilled in cross-functional project management, networking, and stakeholder management.
* Communication Pro: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in English.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate initiative, dynamic energy, and a strong hands-on mentality to drive ideas from concept to implementation.

We offer a salary in line with the market, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 2,717.00 euros gross per month on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be overpaid in line with the market and is significantly higher than the collective agreement minimum salary.
