Global Quality Representative (m/f/d)

In this position you are supporting the Head of Quality Compression Division in further development of the organization.

Your responsibilities
Executing quality strategy in Division Compression for our customers products and services
Serving our customer on global scale - quality is essential for our operational performance
Support the organization to make processes reliable, effective & sustainable
Develop further global quality standards, guidelines, processes & systems
Shape communication & collaboration through the organization
Coordinate & lead audits & trainings
Prepare KPI's for management reporting and monitor by defined targets
Drive global projects and support local driven improvement activities

To be successful in this position following expertise is requested

* Experience with quality management, methods, audits, law & regulations
* Advanced skills in project management
* Strong team building and people management skills - ability to build networks
* Good skills in SAP - Quality module
* Good skills in English, to communicate with stakeholders across hierarchy & cultures
* Open to travel till 30%
* Education in Quality
* Technical / Engineering background e.g. HTL or Bachelor degree
* Min 3-5 years experience as a Quality Officer
