ANDRITZ Pumps is the leading supplier of reactor cooling pumps with an exceptionally strong presence in the Pressurized Water Reactors, Boiling Water Reactors and CANDU Reactors. In our Graz facility, we manufacture and develop under all important certificates, including various ASM, IS, HAF, IAEA, KTA and AVS certificates.
In the course of the expected retirement of a senior leader and the expansion of the Nuclear business beyond reactor cooling pumps, we are searching for an Industry Director Nuclear Energy.

Your Tasks

* Industry Directors are responsible for our business in their Industry across all regional markets and for all products of the ANDITZ Pump Division.
* Driving the strategy in the market, initiating the R&D projects for new or improved products.
* Support of the global sales organization with marketing material, training, joint customer visits and key account management.

Your Profile

* Good understanding of the processes in a nuclear power plant, and the pumps that are involved in this process. Deep pump knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory.
* Strong, global knowledge about existing and planned nuclear power plant, the players and regulations involved.
* Global relevant personal network and the ability to develop and maintain long term customer relationships.
* Interest in upcoming new trends in the industry such as small modular reactors (SMR), new reactor development, and others.
* Experience in leading a demanding team of highly professional colleagues.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of EUR 5.850,43 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
