Internship: Design Driven Test Improvement (D2TI) Support (f/m/div)

In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of the existing semiconductor chip test programs (e.g. test sequence, instrument connect/disconnect cycles, waiting times, ...)
• Automation or part-automation of the test program analysis and documentation
• Update of test program documentation with focus on D2TI requirements
  

• Enjoy delving into deep into technical items until they are understood
• Enjoy programming in or handling of complex development environments
• Passion about being on a continuous learning curve
• Enjoy creative thinking and sharing ideas or opinions
