To strengthen our IT team at the Illerrieden site, we are looking for a IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Management of M365 cloud infrastructure and IT communication solutions Illerrieden Tasks M365 administration and management: Administration of user accounts, organizational units, security and distribution groups (AD / EntraID). Administration of authorizations. Monitoring the operational readiness of cloud services. Management and optimization of data backup and recovery Telephony and Teams management: Administration and support of the Teams telephony solution, incl. VoIP infrastructure and user administration. Collaboration with partners on number management and quality of service. Connection to the company applications CRM and ERP. Intune management and endpoint configuration: Management of security and configuration policies for clients. Implement compliance settings and manage device profiles. Support with the creation and distribution of operating system updates and patches Projects and collaboration: Support in the planning and execution of upgrades and implementation of new functions. Coordination and support for IT projects (global / local). Careful documentation of the infrastructure. Teamwork and end-user support: Team-oriented cooperation in projects, in the entire infrastructure at the site, in troubleshooting and as a mutual representation in the IT service area. Technical support and troubleshooting of Intune-managed clients. Working with M365 Ambassadors to train end users on best practices and new features. Qualifications You are characterized by: Completed training, studies or comparable qualification in the field of computer science. 3-5 years of professional experience in network and system administration. Strong knowledge in the administration of Windows Server, virtualization (HyperV) and network administration. Knowledge in the administration of a mobile device management system. Experience in a hybrid system environment with Microsoft365 cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams as a telephony solution and experience with contact center solutions desirable. Basic knowledge in the management of network components. (firewall, switch, WLAN) Experience in backup solutions and strategies. Strong problem solving skills, independent and responsible way of working, structured and cross-system view. Very good German and English language skills, communication skills, service mindset, and experience with IT ticketing and documentation systems. (Jira, Confluence) Experience in the implementation of IT projects and willingness to travel occasionally for business.
