As a member of our Reception Team, you’ll be an indispensable communication interface for our international clients and guests as well as for our consultants and internal service departments. Your daily tasks will include welcoming and supporting our clients and guests at BCG’s Vienna office, as well as eloquently answering phone calls and forwarding them as necessary. Your tasks also include sorting and distributing our incoming mail and deliveries and organizing and commissioning courier and taxi services. In addition, you will manage the conference rooms, including coordinating daily conference room occupation and organizing catering and technical equipment. You will support the organization and execution of events and handle additional special tasks that may arise.

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally on a high-school (Matura/Abitur) level.
  • You have initial practical experience from working in the hotel industry, customer services, or front-desk area.
  • You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
