The Process Improvement Leader is involved in cross functional Zero-Defect process improvement projects. Main Part of the job is driving, analyzing and reporting the Zero-Defect improvements.

  • Lead, manage and or support cross functional process improvement projects
  • Optimize process execution quality and/or turn times driving a positive customer experience
  • Discuss and align process improvements with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, design and roll out new standard processes to the organization in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Perform and track internal process audits and Support other functions in process project
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or Master-Degree in economics, engineering or equivalent
  • Proven understanding off overall business processes
  • Experience in process design, analyzation, and improvement methods
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to customer needs
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Good Technical understanding on Engine components
  • Fluent in English and German

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
