Team Lead - Product Quality (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a:

With your GMP experience and in-depth knowledge of quality-related topics, you will lead a group of experts responsible for overseeing and improving the product quality of the AOP Health’s product portfolio.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

• Lead and guide a team responsible for quality and life cycle management of all products at AOP Health
• Proactively identify future needs in team development reflecting the company’s growth strategy
• Collaborate with the QM Leadership team to build a strong quality management at AOP Health
• Identify opportunities for continues improvement within the product quality group
• Be accountable for planning, managing and controlling team budget
• Represent all quality functions on the multidisciplinary team for products under your responsibility.
• Review key documents from contract manufacturing organizations to ensure proper quality standards from our partners (with the possibility to support supplier audits as a GMP auditor)
• Play an active role in deviation and OOX investigations
• Author the annual product quality review for your products.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant education in natural science/scientific discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in a QM/QA/QC (with hands-on experience in e.g. deviation and change control management, stability planning, annual product quality reviews, OOX)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and being able to priorities and self-manage
• Proven experience in a team lead function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on mindset
• You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally (with CMC, Regulatory, Qualified Person) and with contract manufacturing organizations around the world.
• Strong communication and presentations skills in German and English
• IT skills (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat)

• Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 4.400.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
