Scrum Master (f/m/x) for Limit Management System

Your mission at RBI

* Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional tribe consisting of 4 teams
* Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership and support the team in establishing sound operations
* Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery
* Focus on team health and open communication, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
* Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
* Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog

Your core competencies

* Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
* Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
* Experienced in agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
* People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
* Sound knowledge of Jira and Confluence
* Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup
