The position

With immediate effect we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team in our Regional Center Vienna (RCV). In this position you are responsible for certain areas of Central Controlling / Management Accounting, act self-employed as a functional specialist and perfect team player within the group and the department and act as Accounting to Reporting (A2R) SAP advanced key user for the department.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as a regional and local expert for an entire business process and system domain and assure compliance with internal guidelines
  • Build the vital link between key user and the Global Support Organization
  • Work on the capability building of SAP end users via knowledge transfer and training
  • Collaborate in overall planning process and in ERP related projects (act as main contact point for corporate and country finance colleagues)
  • Support the monthly and yearly internal reporting procedure and the reporting process to the headquarter in Ingelheim

Requirements

  • Higher Education degree in finance or economics with focus on finance or IT, or equivalent through relevant work experience
  • Expert knowledge about SAP, other finance systems and IT as well as controlling and accounting
  • Pro-active solution seeker with good interpersonal skills as well as analytical skills and technical expertise
  • Expert level MS Office, especially with Excel and Power BI
  • Proficiency in English is a must, extra language skills like German and Eastern European Language are a plus

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 58.199,96 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
