This position reports to

Head of Quality & OpEx Management

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes in collaboration with the Business Process Owner(s), OPEX team, and external partners/suppliers. Guides the Business Process Owner for the implementation of the business process solution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages the integrated end-to-end business process on behalf of the Business Process Owner, working closely with all process stakeholders.
* Supports Business Process Owners in large/complex processes across multiple areas and applications.
* Defines vision and strategies for business-related end-to-end process solutions, in collaboration with the business owner(s).
* Bridges the gap between Business Process Owner and other stakeholders, facilitating the integration of business process requirements.
* Acts as a central point of contact between business functions maintaining a customer-oriented mindset.
* Works closely with upstream and downstream process owners and other processes utilizing the same application, fostering strong collaboration.
* Supports Business Process Owners in defining and documenting plans, implementing and communicating actions, supervising and controlling progress, and driving continuous process improvement.
* Supports Business Process Owners in understanding the integrated business processes, business process requirements, and end-to-end business processes.
* Acts as the central point of contact for Business Process Owner(s) and business functions to address end-to-end related issues.

* Ensures that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
* Inspires, guides, motivates, and develops direct reports within HR policies.

* Reviews organizational effectiveness and performs competence assessments and continuous skill upgrades.
