Ihre neue Herausforderung

* Acquire new service and small modernization projects by understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
* Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
* Manage, steer and develop an international sales team and define their sales targets
* Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships with key customers
* Expand and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in regard of volume, profitability and portfolio

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Master degree in commercial and/or technical studies
* Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service
* Ten to fifteen years of sales experience/leading people
* Willingness to travel 60%
* English - business fluent
* Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
* Enthusiasm for sales and new technologies
* Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag mind.:
EUR 58.788,80

Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation & Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
