PEOPLE & CULTURE
BUSINESS PARTNER EUROPE (m/f/d)

In this exciting position, you will support managers and employees in a wide range of HR activities along the employee life cycle. You will provide expertise and handle the recruiting process up to onboarding and you will be in charge of the talent management together with the employee and organizational development. You will manage the compensation program, optimize the performance management and participate in company-wide HR projects. In this role you will also be responsible for organizing employee events and team-building activities and you will take over various operational activities such as the administration of HR data, internal policies and guidelines. As a culture ambassador, you will play a key role in creating an amazing place to work and in ensuring that the company is perceived as a unique world class employer - both internally and externally.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

* BA or MA degree - preferred with HR focus
* 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, ideally with labour law practice
* Affinity for the outdoor lifestyle
* Fluent in German and English
* Structured and proactive way of working

The monthly gross salary for this position is at EUR 4,200.00 on a full-time equivalent basis.
