eCommerce Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x)

Your Opportunity

Your Mission

• You monitor our eCommerce environment and support the release management and versioning of our technical components.
• You create concepts and requirements for new functionalities.
• You work together with your eCommerce IT colleagues to ensure a smooth development process.
• You help our business stakeholders with problems related to orders, products and/or stock levels.
• You take care of cost controlling and accounting in the area of ecommerce.
• You are a tool owner and are responsible for topics such as user management and key accounting within the company.
• You improve the user experience and user journeys with focus on conversion related KPIs incl. conversion rate, add to cart rate, average order value and items per basket.

Your skills

• You have first experience as and IT eCommerce Operation Manager / Requirements Engineer or similar
• Experience with the administration of tools as well as the conception of new requests is your daily bread.
• You are familiar with ecommerce and generally understand the supply chain of an ecommerce delivery.
• You are no stranger to in-house troubleshooting and support
• Experience with an online shop platform like Shopify, a CMS (ideally Kontent.ai) and jira/confluence are a plus
• Ideally, you have also already gained some experience in CRM
• Agile development is in your blood
• Our day-to-day work is bilingual, so very good German and English skills are a must

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
