ToolSense was founded in June 2017 by Alexander Manafi, Benjamin Petterle, and Rostyslav Yavorskyi with the vision to support maintenance, repair, and operation teams by digitizing asset processes, enabling automation & empowering smarter decisions.


Through unifying assets, people & processes in ToolSense, the lives of frontline workers become easier & asset-intensive industries become more efficient.


ToolSense has already won numerous international customers from the facility services & construction industry and renowned industry awards, such as the “Interclean Innovation Award” or the “Construction Equipment Forum Startup Award”. Furthermore, ToolSense recently raised an €8m Series A investment round led by PwC IIoT to double down on its strategy of digitizing asset-intensive industries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • You will proactively acquire new customers by identifying suitable customers, approaching the right decision-makers, convincing them about ToolSense, and developing the appropriate strategy to win them as customers for ToolSense.
  • You develop an attractive solution for the customer and convince them to work with us
  • You communicate with the management of our customers as a consultant at eye level and show them how ToolSense can contribute to the success of their company.
  • You communicate feedback and experiences from customer meetings to our CPO and are thus an important factor in the further development of the ToolSense solution
  • You are constantly looking for improvement opportunities and help to develop our sales strategy further.


YOUR PROFILE


  • >3 years experience in B2B sales
  • Hands-on mentality in addressing potential target customers and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge of English skills
  • Interested in working in a startup with many creative possibilities and a transparent, honest, positive, and result-oriented culture
