Organizational Management Specialist (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Definition of state-of-the-art organizational principles to ensure a flat and efficient organizational structure
* Continuously improve ZKW's structural development and implementation
* Adjustment and creation of organizational design of new areas
* Drive cultural changes to establish new company values
* Ensure the alignment between process landscape & organizational structure and the strategic & environmental fit
* Moderation and mediation
* Manage, coordinate and keep track on organizational adjustments as well as content-related quality check of organizational changes
* Execution of organizational health-checks / assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of Organizational Design/Management is an advantage
* Professional background in or interfaces with planning, execution and optimization of organizational structures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on all levels and within an international environment
* Capability to drive and manage assigned tasks independently
* Understanding of concept development & structured thinking
* Proficient in English - excellent written / good verbal skills
* Strong soft skills like communication, moderation, mediation, conflict management

WE OFFER:

* For this position the minimum salary is EUR 3.772,63 gross/month (according to collective agreement, exkl. overtime). The actual payment depends on the respective qualification or professional experience.
