Our team in Vienna is growing and we are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Consultant with fluent German language to support our clients!

As our Technical Solution Consultant at Prewave, you will…

• Collaborate with our sales team to build a winning strategy for new clients
• Manage the demo environments and improve the data used
• Learn and maintain current knowledge of how to configure and use Prewave
• Run technical workshops with customers to design integration processes
• Help complete prospect bids and tenders such as requests for information, quotation and proposals (RFx) together with sales and product teams
• Engage with existing customers to compile information on their business and technical requirements, determine their needs and architect appropriate solutions alongside our customer success team
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration, refine and improve our unique selling position
• Stay up to date with product developments and releases, create additional training materials for key clients, manage demo environments and improve the data used
• Be a subject matter expert who can provide valuable sales insights and/or solution expertise to account executives, solutions consulting colleagues and others
• Participate in cross-functional projects to help increase the pace and size of sales transactions and adoption of Prewave solutions as we scale to address our market opportunity

• Technical Master’s degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, CSM…)
• Familiar with SQL, Javascript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience with SaaS and Restful APIs integrations
• A willingness to learn new technologies
• Proven proactive approach to independent work
• Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
• Active listening abilities to comprehend customer needs and offer valuable solutions
• native German language and professional-level English
• Valid work permit for Austria

• Experience working with supply chain, procurement and IT departments
• Ability to work with customers and partners to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go-live
• Highly motivated and energetic team player with a craving for action and a ‘can do’ attitude towards work; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction and supply chains

• An extensive compensation package
  We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 50.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
