Minimum Qualification : Graduate (computer science, information technology, electric engineering or any other relevant field).
Salary : from EUR 2806.09 monthly (Negotiable)
Job Description:
* Provide First-Line daily IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff. * Manage the IT assets, including hardware and software full life-cycle management, inventory management, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. * Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and stability of systems and devices. * Handle technical incidents, prioritizing issues and ensuring timely resolution. * Maintain network and information security, ensure that the devices and network systems are protected. * Support the implementation of IT projects. * Collaborate with vendors and external support teams to ensure timely maintenance of IT assets. * Assist with business continuity planning. * Install and conduct testing of the systems to ensure their normal operation. * Perform other duties as assigned by head of department.
Skills and Competencies required :
* Must be fluent in English. Mandarin and German will be advantage. (Speak and Read) * At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles; experience in banking or financial services is a plus. * Strong knowledge of Windows, and common office hardware/software troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to different environments. * Basic IT project management experience is an advantage. * Certification as IT Technical will be advantage( e.g. CISCO CCNP or HUAWEI HCNP, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
