Your responsibilities

As part of the SAP-Team in our Finance division, you will pursue the ongoing development and support of configurations with a focus on the modules SAP MM and SAP ARIBA. You will work in a well-coordinated and dynamic team as the central point of contact for all SAP topics related to campus-wide purchasing, inventory and intra-logistics processes.

* Set-up of optimization projects in procurement and inventory, including interfaces to other software solutions
* Contact person (first level support) for users in procurement and inventory
* Active monitoring of SAP release development, preselection of new relevant functions and processes as well as presentation to internal stakeholders
* Involvement in the implementation of new functions, processes and release upgrades (such as upgrade to S4HANA) in cooperation with process owners and external consulting partners

Your profile

* University degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent studies or experiences
* 3 years of experience as a consultant and/or key user and/or in-house consultant in SAP MM (Material Management); desirable also in SAP ARIBA
* Very good command of English (written & spoken); ideally basic knowledge of German
* Knowledge of neighboring modules such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP CO (Controlling) and SAP PS (Project System) is desirable
* Proven experience in the definition and optimization of business processes
* Project management skills
