WE SEARCH FOR

• Recruitment and applicant management
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Management of personnel tasks and documents
• Administration of HR software (ArgeData and Personio), especially time tracking control and ressource planning
• Contract management
• Interface to payroll accounting and other units
• Responsible for workplace health promotion measures
• Implementation of external employer branding measures

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational education or ongoing studies with a focus on HR
• Several years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR and/or recruiting solutions
• Experience with SOP and/or process development and implementation
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Open personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Receptive to constructive feedback and opportunities for continued professional growth
• Respect and appreciation for diversity in all of its dimensions and readiness to support all members of our research community equitably regardless of such

Minimum salary: € 3,600 gross/month (for 40 hours/week; pro rata for part-time). Overpayment is possible depending on education, qualifications, and experience.
