As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences for our companion apps for KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas. You'll take ownership of the design process, mentor junior designers, and play a key role in refining and testing app features directly on our motorcycles.


What you will do

• Lead the design of user-centered mobile app features, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and micro interactions.
• Ensure that continuous user research is conducted to inform design decisions and improve the customer experience.
• Conduct initial tests on motorcycles to validate app functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
• Align with other design teams (Dealer solutions and Brand websites) to create a holistic customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Design System team to maintain a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide Junior UX Designers, ensuring high-quality standards in their work.
• Support feature prioritization by providing UX insights and advocating for user-centered decisions.
• Establish and refine UX processes, or create new ones when needed, to continually improve workflow and team efficiency.

What we expect

• At least 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar role.
• Prior experience working on mobile-based products.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and managing design deliverables.
• Knowledge of Dual Track Agile methodology and how to apply it in UX.
• A solid knowledge of all UX phases, including discovery, solution development, and testing, as well as related activities and methods.
• Passion for human-centered design and solving user problems.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and usability testing tools.
• An eye for well-conceived components and smooth user flows.
• Experience with clean and scalable UX processes and the ability to communicate them effectively to other teams.
• Enjoy working in an agile, cross-functional team and eager to contribute ideas.
• Confidently defending design principles and decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring skills and enjoy helping junior designers grow and develop their skills.
• Fluent in English; German would be helpful but is not required.
• Proactivity, flexibility, a hands-on mentality, and a strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility round out your profile.

Collective agreement According to the collective labour agreement, the gross monthly salary is EUR 3.724,00. We are of course prepared to pay more depending on experience and skills.
