Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across Australia, Europe and the United States. We specialize in formulating, producing and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

As the Head of Commercialization, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches. Your role will involve blending deep market insights with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences. You will provide leadership across multiple functional areas, aligning efforts with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure that each new product not only reaches the market but also thrives in it. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader who excels in project execution and market strategy, all while navigating the complexities of product commercialization. You will guide our innovative products from factory to shelf, making critical decisions that impact their success and contribute towards Happy Mammoth's future growth.

This is a fully Remote Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Develop strategies to effectively introduce new products into the market, ensuring alignment with Happy Mammoth's business strategy and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partners.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization.
  • Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the CPG landscape.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launches
  • Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of the consumer goods market, consumer preferences, and market dynamics
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating products that resonate with our clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partners
  • Used to a fast-paced environment
