We are seeking a versatile and proactive Community & Facility Management Specialist
to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth technical operations and maintaining the functionality of our open-space and lively office environment. The ideal candidate will handle all office-related technical support, manage hardware, and assist with facility maintenance tasks.
Provide technical support for all office-related hardware issues, including printers, computers, WiFi, LAN, mobile and any other devices
Set up and maintain a comprehensive hardware management system
Keep the inventory of electronic devices, managing the issue and return of hardware, access rights etc.
Manage the meeting room conference & booking system to ensure smooth operation and availability
Support with the technical set-up for events, meetings etc.
Manage internal security topics, including access controls and security protocols
Organize and oversee maintenance e.g. of AC and ventilation systems
Take care of door systems and access controls
Communicate with relevant parties such as property management and service providers
Perform quick fixes and minor repair work as needed
Staying up to date with the newest tech setups: e.g. screens, new Macbook models etc.
Work part-time 15-20h per week
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
Strong technical interest and understanding; tech-savvy
Solution-oriented thinker with a team and service-oriented approach
Communicative and positive attitude towards new tasks
Proactive, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and hands-on mentality
Valid Category B driver's license
An EU-citizen or a valid working permit for Austria
Technical education with a focus on IT
2-3 years of proven experience in IT support and facility management
