Education
University degree in accounting, business, finance or economics

Professional Experience
Years of experience: min. 5 years on similar position, in finance department within international industrial company

• Financial Leadership and Oversight
• Oversee all group accounts, investments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure reliable financial reporting within the group and to the headquarters in Vienna.
• Support the managing directors in presenting financial reports to shareholders.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process for the entire group.
• Create financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
• Liquidity and Cash Flow Management
• Manage the company's liquidity planning and ensure availability of funds.
• Optimize working capital management to ensure efficient cash flow.
• Risk Management and Compliance
• Identify and assess financial risks across the group and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and local as well as group auditors to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
• Tax Planning and Compliance
• Lead the group's tax planning strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
• Coordinate tax filings and reports in the respective countries.
• Internal Controls and Process Optimization
• Implement and optimize internal control systems and processes for accounting.
• Continuously review and improve accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
• Team Leadership and Development
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment across the finance team within the group.
• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between finance departments in subsidiaries.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Support the financial due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Provide financial analysis and support during the integration of newly acquired entities.
• External Relations
• Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to ensure the financial stability of the company.
• Represent the company in negotiations with external partners.
• Coordination and interface management for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements between subsidiaries, tax advisors, and auditors.

Line Manager

• Reporting to: disciplinary and functionally to the Managing Director of AMIC Energy Management GmbH

Travelling

• From time-to-time visiting subsidiaries in different countries (except Ukraine)
