What to expect from this role:
Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with the Tset’s goals and vision;
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth;
Build up, lead and develop sales team;
Establish sales targets, OKRs, and performance metrics, and drive sales team to achieve these;
Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities with existing clients;
Collaborate with growth and product teams to align strategies and optimize the sales funnel;
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market opportunities, and potential risks;
Lead and develop sales and account management teams.
What you should bring:
University degree in business, technology or similar;
5+ years of experience in a sales role in b2b SaaS;
Strong leadership and mentorship skills and experience in steering and growing the team;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Business savviness and entrepreneurial mindset;
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude;
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;
Being based in Vienna;
Fluency in English and German.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 61,000 gross per year for the above-mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
