Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to play a crucial role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for an innovative suite of digital solutions. Our client is an international software company known for developing some of the industry's top-rated Customer Communications Management solutions for enterprise and global 500 companies. We are excited to look for a skilled professional to join our leadership team in the Vienna, Austria office.

Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Your role:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of the company's Customer Communications Management and Digital Customer Experience, solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with product management to influence product development and roadmaps based on market insights.
• Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and case studies to enhance product marketing efforts.
• Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a Product Marketing Manager role for IT Products in the Enterprise segment, ideally enterprise Software solutions.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• You have a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to effectively position products and drive growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in both English and German (strongly preferred).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
