Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join the atma.io Delivery Team, planning and managing successful implementation projects for our rapidly-growing customer base. The role will be responsible for planning solution deliveries to global customers together with the Team Lead and Subject Matter Experts. As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for breaking down the deliveries into structured work packages and timelines, including planning necessary on-site travel and aligning the plans with customers and your team. Further you will be responsible for the successful project execution, closure and handover to our support team.
Responsibilities
Planning the delivery of customer initiatives, incl. estimates for professional service efforts and cost
Single point of contact and driving force for communication with customers and stakeholders
Generating work breakdown structures and timelines and align them with the Delivery Team Lead and the customer (incl. on-site operations and travel if needed)
Managing the main execution phases of delivery projects (Discovery/Initialization, Solution Design, Implementation, Commissioning, SIT, UAT, Handover to customer and support/Closure)
Being accountable for the timelines, costs and quality
Managing the handover of customer initiatives to the atma.io support team
Working closely with the atma.io Product and Engineering teams for the development of new features and functionalities if applicable
